We Prefer

Subscription Services; Products. (a) Subscription Services. HOUSE OF GAR Enterprises, Affiliate Depot 2.0 makes available to users certain online subscription services, and other paid services and products. The following terms and conditions shall apply in the event that you subscribe to any subscription service or services offered by HOUSE OF GAR Enterprises, Affiliate Depot 2.0  (the "Subscription"):

1. Subscription Terms. Your payment of membership or upgrade fees is for the purchase of access to the paid membership levels of the Affiliate Depot 2.0 website .The Subscription will continue until HOUSE OF GAR Enterprises, Affiliate Depot 2.0 receives notification of termination from you as described in subsection C below. You authorize HOUSE OF GAR Enterprises, Affiliate Depot 2.0 to charge to the credit card or account designated during the registration process for the amount of the current fees and charges for each membership level according to the subscription plan chosen by you. If you accepted an offer that included a free trial period, your credit card or account will not be charged until after the end of the free trial period. If you ordered in response to a free trial period offer, you may cancel the subscription process and avoid a charge to your  account by going to the your account ,canceling your account and following the directions listed. If you choose to become a paid member (SILVER, GOLD, PLATINUM) you will be  charged a one time fee per membership level or upgrade, you may upgrade to any membership level as upgrades are not consecutive. Current fees may be obtained by emailing a request to our Help desk. You are responsible for any charges associated to connecting to the HOUSE OF GAR Enterprises, Affiliate Depot 2.0 Sites, including but not limited to, any telephone line charges or any Internet access provider charges. You shall provide HOUSE OF GAR Enterprises, Affiliate Depot 2.0 with accurate, complete and updated information as to your name and e-mail address other information requested of you at registration. Failure to do so shall constitute a breach of this Agreement.
2. Changed Terms. HOUSE OF GAR Enterprises, Affiliate Depot 2.0 shall have the right at any time to impose, change or modify its fees and billing methods, or other terms and conditions applicable to your use of the Subscription or to impose new terms and conditions. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may be given by means including, but not limited to, posting on the HOUSE OF GAR Enterprises, Affiliate Depot 2.0 Sites a revised version of this Agreement or notification by electronic or conventional mail. If any such change is unacceptable to you, you may terminate your Subscription as provided in subsection C below. Any use of the Subscription by you after such notice shall conclusively be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of such changes, modifications, additions or deletions. You agree to review the terms and conditions periodically to be aware of such revisions. You may also be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by third party content providers in connection with third party content, software or services.
3. Termination. Either you or HOUSE OF GAR Enterprises, Affiliate Depot 2.0 may terminate this Agreement at any time. Your only right with respect to any dissatisfaction with (i) any terms and conditions of this Agreement, or policy or practice of HOUSE OF GAR Enterprises, Affiliate Depot 2.0 in operating the HOUSE OF GAR Enterprises, Affiliate Depot 2.0 Sites and/or the Community Areas, (ii) content available through the Subscription or change therein, or (iii) amount or type of fees or billing methods, or change therein, is to terminate this Agreement by sending notice to HOUSE OF GAR Enterprises, Garland Valley, 5524 55th Way, West Palm Beach, FL, 33409 USA, or by e-mail sent to our Help Desk, 
4.  Notice of termination will be effective upon receipt by HOUSE OF GAR Enterprises, Affiliate Depot 2.0 Without limiting the foregoing, HOUSE OF GAR Enterprises, Affiliate Depot 2.0 shall have the right to immediately terminate this Agreement with respect to any user which HOUSE OF GAR Enterprises, Affiliate Depot 2.0, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by you of this Agreement. In the event that your account is terminated or canceled by Affiliate Depot 2.0 or a registered member, no refund of any fees, including monthly membership fee, will be granted. The provisions of Sections 1-9 of the terms of use shall survive termination of this Agreement. Fees paid for any Subscription are paid in advance and are not refundable in whole or in part.HOUSE OF GAR Enterprises/Affiliate Depot 2.0, Garland Valley reserves the right to determine the validity of all requests for refund including membership fees, upgrades and product purchases. All requests must be accompanied by a written detailed and specific description of the issues and reason(s) for a refund request. All requests must be made through the HELP DESK, PAYPAL disputes will proceed per PAYPAL membership agreements and the terms of this membership agreement. 
5. (b) Products and Other Services. With respect to products and services offered for sale by HOUSE OF GAR Enterprises, Affiliate Depot 2.0 and third parties or through HOUSE OF GAR Enterprises: you shall be informed of all terms of the offer, including but not limited to pricing, methods of payment, shipping and handling, credit card information, sales tax, return and refund policies and applicable privacy policies when you make the purchase.  Affiliate Depot 2.0, HOUSE OF GAR Enterprises provides no expressed or implied warranties or gaurantees, representations or endorsements with respect to this website, service or content. Affiliate Depot 2.0, HOUSE OF GAR Enterprises expressly disclaims all waranties, express, implied statutory or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, use for a specific purpose, with regard to the site, any content, product or service furnished by this website. Affiliate Depot 2.0, HOUSE OF GAR Enterprises does not extend warranty or gaurantee of any kind in regard to the accuracy or completeness of any content, products or services provided on this website including but not limited to typographical errors, descriptions or contant or products contributed by members.
6. ALL PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PURCHASED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS.
