viral marketing or viral advertising is promoting information or products that other customers are compelled to give to other marketers, website visitors, leads or current clients.
By definition viral marketing is a way to promote a service or product exponentially. When effectively done one person will give it to several people who in turn will promote it to several other people.
This is what makes viral marketing so effective. For instance, if I wrote and e book, and then I forwarded that e-book to 10 people, who in turn forwarded that e-book to 10 people.
One hundred people have read that e-book. Now if it is forwarded that same way just four more times ONE MILLION PEOPLE have now read that same e-book.
By definition viral marketing gives the consumer something that they can use for free with the intent of gaining that customer to market other products and to create a brand name awareness.
A great example of an effective viral marketing campaign is Google's gmail. It is a free email service that can only be signed up for by invitation only. The only way you can receive an invitation is by another user.
Another great example for the definition of viral marketing is by creating an e-book or an e-zine. When an ebook or an ezine is effectively written the consumer will want to share it with others who in turn will share it with others as well.

Troubleshooting:
1. When I try to download a product I get the message that I must upgrade.
If you attempt to download a product that is in a membership level above your, the syatem will ask you if you would like to upgrade so that you will be able to download the desired product.
The best way to avoid this is to go to the "Download Directory" which lists all of the products available in each membership level.

2. When I try to download a product I get a 404 page not found error.
Occasionally a link to a product may be broken for unforseen reasons, if you encounter this, please submit a support ticket to the HELP DESK indicating your name and membership level and which product(s) you are having difficulty with. We will provide you with the product within 72 hours.
3. The product says it has Master Resale Rights, but I cannot find a license in the download.
Not all products with Master Resale Rights will contain a written license, products are posted as they are received by the suppliers and programmers, resale licenses are indicated as we are notified by our suppliers. If you encounter a product which you believe does not have Master Resale Rights, please submit a support ticket to the HELP DESK and we will investigate this promptly.
Since many products are uploaded by our members, it is the responsibility of each member to confirm the license with the author or creator of the product.
4. I just upgraded my membership but I cannot download the products from my new membership level.
Often it is necessary to log out and log back in again to refresh your membership account, if this does not work try closing your browser and reopening it. Generally all memebrships are upgraded instantly following your payment, with the exception of bank drafts and eCheck payments which must first be confirmed.
5. I can't find a resale license in the download
All resale rights are indicated below each product, all products are added as they are received from the suppliers, creators or programmers. Resale rights are determined by the sales agreement or information derived from each sales page. Not all downloads will include a document, however, if you require a written document for resale purposes you can uses the branded license generator to produce a license ocument with your URL and contact email.
Simply complete the form and submit to create your branded .PDF document. Download your custom license by selecting the save icon in the upper left hand corner.
6. I don't like this, I want to submit a PAYPAL dispute.
It is the right of every member to dispute a paid membership, however, before you involve PAYPAL please submit a support ticket to the HELP DESK, your satisfaction is my TOP PRIORITY and I will make every effort to resolve any issues you may have promptly.
Before pursueing a PAYPAL dispute please review the membership TERMS OF USE and the PURCHASE AGREEMENT regarding our refund policy.
Unfortunately, there are individuals on the internet (not you !) who will take advantage of the PAYPAL dispute process in the attempt to obtain products for free by making unfounded claims and requests for refunds.
As a result of dishonest individuals such as these, it is our policy to thoroughly investigate any claims involved in PAYPAL disputes, claims of "significantly not as described" must be accompanied with specifics regarding what it significantly not as described so that we may negotiate a mutually amicable resolution.
